Registration/check in

 will be Friday, October 19 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Brunner and Lay Soccer Complex, located at 1515 North Old Missouri Road in Springdale. There will be no coaches’ meeting but members of the tournament committee will be on hand if you have any questions.

Remember, the following items must be submitted for tournament participation:

·        A “permission to travel” from your state association, if your team is not from Arkansas. No out-of-state team will be allowed to play without this document, except teams registered with US Club Soccer.

·        An official team roster issued by your registering association.

·        Player passes/cards for all players, including guest players.

·        A copy of a completed and signed medical consent form for all players

·        Guest player forms for up to three allowed guest players
